Shipping to the United Kingdom is temporarily unavailable while I complete the VAT registration and setup required for direct sales.

UK customers can still shop through my Etsy store, where applicable VAT is collected and handled by the marketplace. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Customs, VAT, and Import Fees

All orders shipped to the European Union are sent from Japan.

VAT, import taxes, customs duties, customs clearance fees, and other local import-related charges may be charged by your local customs office or delivery carrier before or upon delivery.

These fees are not collected at checkout unless otherwise stated, and they are the customer’s responsibility.

Low-Value Import Charges

Additional charges may apply to low-value parcels imported into the EU from outside the EU.

According to current EU information, from July 1, 2026, low-value consignments up to €150 imported from outside the EU may be subject to a temporary €3 customs duty.

Some EU countries may also apply their own additional charges. For example, France may charge an additional small-parcel fee on certain low-value shipments from outside the EU.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities or delivery carriers and are the customer’s responsibility. If you are unsure, please check your country’s local import rules before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers

EU customers may have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, unless an exception applies.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
